Nicholas (Nick) has been the CEO of aifc / abound since 2014 and together with an amazing team of people, trains and equips Christian Counsellors, Coaches and Chaplains. In 2020 Nick and the team developed The Centre for Human Flourishing and Abound to bring fresh and innovative approaches to Workplace Wellbeing and EAP including Christian Counselling, Coaching and Psychosocial Risk Management and Training Services to Christian Schools, NFP's and businesses. This approach helps ensure healthy staff and healthy organisations through the integration of Christ centered compassion with compliance.
Nick has worked extensively across different ministries, sectors and roles in Australia and overseas including; Education and Training, Risk Management and Insurance, Workplace Health Promotion, Health Care and also in numerous startups and is the founder of the Healthy Leadership Company. Nick is passionate about helping people and organisations walk in their God given calling, navigate changing times, grow in their Leadership, Spiritual Formation in Christ and Kingdom Impact. Nick is a Master Coach (ICF EMCC Practitioner), Supervisor and Company Director (GAICD) and host of the aifc Counsel Culture Podcast.
